San Diego Food Bank ID Card
New Process for Market Participation
The San Diego Food Bank has initiated a new distribution process in which participants
can receive a Food Bank ID card. This card can be used at all future food distributions
and throughout San Diego County including all campuses within the San Diego Community
College District.
Only complete the intake form if you have never received a San Diego Food Bank ID card from any food distribution site. If you have received a San Diego Food Bank ID card from another agency within San Diego County, you will not need to complete another intake form. As mentioned, the ID card can be used at all food distribution.
Options to receive the ID card:
1. Print & complete the physical Food Bank ID intake form and return to The Stand or at the food distribution days at Mesa College with a wet signature
2. Online- Click here! You will be directed to the online form
3. Scan QR code below with your smartphone/device
- Must provide your preferred email online for communication

Please allow 2-3 days to be processed. Your San Diego Food Bank ID card will be sent to your email address provided on the
form. Once you receive it, you can show it on your phone to be scanned at the food distributions.
Please note: no new SD Food Bank cards will be printed.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer opportunity to help package and distribute food at either events are open to faculty, classified professional, students and/or NANCE.
Please keep an eye out for emails to signup or arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.
